My wife and I were looking to sell our home in West Sacramento and move to Elk Grove to be closer to our daughter and grandson. We met Jeff Johnson through our doctor who has used him in the past to purchase, rehab and sell his rentals. Jeff came out, helped us evaluate our home, and even estimated the cost of the repairs we wanted to complete prior to listing our home for sale. He gave us a detailed written estimate of the repairs, and the time they would take to complete. We hired him to do the work and it was completed on time and under budget. We then had him list our home for sale, while he tirelessly showed us about 60 houses for sale in Elk Grove. He sold our house, got us into contract for our new home, and walked us through every step of the way. In short, he did more than he was asked for us, and he did it well. Jeff Johnson seems like a nice enough guy and he'll tell you everything he thinks you want to hear BUT BUYER BEWARE he has cut corners and done some patchy work in the past.
