It has come to my attention that some of the comments I had made in a previous post might be viewed as slanderous, which was NOT the intent. My numbers in a previous post RE: foreclosures was estimated based on my research and should be retracted. That said, as with any investment, there are risks involved and all buyers should be aware of those risks when entering into them. Having said that, my experience with this company has been below satisfactory. I personally invested in 2 properties that were sold to us as buy and hold with support coming in terms of finding renters which never happened. They invest in poor properties and leave buyers high and dry when they don't work out then move onto the next. I invested in 2 properties in Texas with them that were overinflated by $30,000. They recently foreclosed. They made promises of helping get tenants in these and didn't and then said it was our fault for investing and we took the risk. yes, based on promises that they had made. They will say they are valid, but FACT of all the houses in Texas they sold to investors, over 75% have foreclosed or went into short sale (even before the economic collapse) Be careful of these guys ...read more
