I tore my rotator cuff playing football and was unable to even lift towels with my right arm up into my linen closet. I didn't want to have surgery and Samimi Orthopedic Group didn't sway me to get it operated on,saying my tear would eventually heal. Because they also specialize in sports medicine and have an association with physical therapists, I came to physio twice a week for 3 months and did shoulder strengthening exercises. It took time but the pain is slowly subsiding. I also didn't want any opiates and they said ibuprofen was better anyway,because it's anti-inflammatory. hi dr. federico ive been getting sick alot and the doctor ive been going to is dr.novak and he says i have asthma since last year and i dont know if its true because he gave me 3 inhalers and they dont work on me and it makes it worse and so i got sick on december and with alot of cough and my lungs hurted alot and i even got fever and dr. novak gave me another inhaler and told me to use it 4 times a day and i did and the 4th time i used the inhaler i felt worse and i couldnt breathe and my parents think that its not asthma and they say that i might of got sick with broincidis like i used to when i was little so i dont know what i have when i get sick i cant tell the difference of asthma and broncidis and my parents dont know if i have asthma or not well please email me if you know something i hope you still remember me ...read more
