I hired the Wizard of Oztechs to install a VOIP system in my new office on year ago. They service was excellent during install and for the 90 days following. However, after the 90 days I decided against a service contract with them because of budgetary constraints. Since that point, if I request any techinical assistance they tell me that I have to wait until the take care of all of their contract clients first. Understandable, until i find that that means 4 days (and counting) before I get assistance! This is absurd to allow one of your smaill business clients to be without service for this long. Either the company is not staffed to assist the number of clients they have or they completely disregard any non-contract clients.
