i find the place very unprofessional because there were times i came in business hours and the guy there would tell me that they're close. It seems like theres no manager there or even an owner. No Stars.. I have been going there for years. I brought in my 13 year old daughter the day of her big 8th grade graduation dance. The nail tech? Talked us into an eyebrow wax. Against my better judgement I said yes. Well she has 2nd degree burns on her face. Forehead and eyelids. Her skin was ripped off and 3 days later she is still in pain and is cracking and peeling.
