We worked with Tri City Patrol for several years but made the mistake in cancelling their service as another local company gave us a lower price. 6 months with the other company with nothing but propblems, complaints and no service. We returned to Tri City Patrol and over the last 4 months our Tenants are happy, problems have droppoed to a minimum and our security service is better then ever! We have been through several security companies with the Home Owners Associations that we manage that I thought we would never find one that would do the job. We found Tri City Patrol when we took over an H.O.A. that had already had them on contrace. The reports are better then any we have seen. Their Officers are professional in appearance. They have a 24-hour Dispatcher on duty and have been very responsive. Over the past two years we have turned over 5 properties to them and have had no problems with their service. I am the Regional Manager of a Property Management Company in San Diego County. I have utilized all types of security & courtesy patrol services from numerous security firms in the past 20 years. About 4 years ago I started using the services that Tri City Patrol provides. I could not be happier. Period. End of conversation. I will tell you more however because I think it needs to be said. Their officers have protected our properties located throughout North San Diego County. I am also happy about the fact that the Tri City Patrol's Officers are highly trained, professionally uniformed, and have radios and cell phones. If you are looking for a security company in San Diego I would only call these guys.
