Valerie seemed like a great attorney, so it seemed, in the beginning. However, she was never in the office, hard to get a hold of, always leaving messages while getting charged a "boat load." She then sent a bill after our court hearings and advise a payment arrangement could be made. Once again trying to contact her to discuss payment arrangements was impossible as the supposed receptionist knew NOTHING! It was stated by the receptionis that Valerie wasn't returning our calls since we owed money; all the while we were calling to discuss payment arrangements! She also held on to our paperwork and never filed them since we owed money.
