The property at 1319 W Goshen Ave. Visalia, CA 93291 is empty and locked up. Julien Oil Company was there for 47 years but last owner (Rachelle Gill) left the property 9/30/2013 and there is no one renting this property at this time. Based on the demise of Julien Oil Company by second owner Rachelle Gill everyone should be quite leery about doing any business with Rachelle Gill or Visalia Petroleum.
