I think 1 star is a bit crazy as I will say that my case was handled. Problem I have is it was handled out of court and I was lead to believe my over inflated retainer would cover the cost of my case. Considering the lawyer had 3-5 cases going on at same time when in court and that about 9 to 10 days before my case was to be officially heard the other party agreed to stipulation outside of court, I am amazed that 4 months later I receive a bill for close to 500 dollars over my retainer amount. I caution all that decide to use this law firm to beware of the over charges and think before you retain their services. Unethical is a strong word, but I am close to thinking that those in charge of billing are negligently handling the cases and draining every dollar out of every client that they think they can. Again, a two day case settled out of court before the second day and 4 months later we find more charges to pin on after being told we were good. ...read more
