This place usto be in the mall, now they have moved to bear valley and 11th. I brought in a pair at boots and asked if they could add an elastic piece in the back. The guy said it would be $35.00. It took a week and when I went back to pick them up,The quality of work looked like a 5 year old did it. There was glue stains all over the elastic that made it look like someone sneezed all over it. the cut they made in the boot wasn't straight. Looked like they gave the scissors to a 4 year old and the stitching wasn't even consistant with the boot and the elastic.There were some places were the glue wasn't even holding the boot and you can see the boot fabric coming up. I asked him if he can fix it and he was rude and told.me I should go somewhere else if I didn't Like his work so I asked for a refund so I can take it to someone that will be able to fix it and still refused to do anything about his poor work.
