Beware doing business with Helen Yunker Reality. They are greedy underhanded realtors that are willing to throw the whole transaction at the last minute to get more commission. The last day of escrow, they tried to change the commission on my home transaction. They had 45 days to have a discussion the commissions if they had an issue. Instead, they chose to wait until 24 hrs from closing and reduce commission to the buyer’s realtor and increase their share of the commission compared to what was originally agreed upon. Kim is unprofessional as well as not honest in her business practices. There were numerous things that were promised to us in moving into the home that she represented that were not delivered. She also never presented receipts to prove that certain things were done to the home before we occupied it.
