I bought 100 brown 2"rol-lock discs when they quoted me how fantastic they last! I tried them and they do last, but they stop cutting after 1-2 minutes of operating. The disc will go on for longer than I can tolerate while doing little or nothing. They claimed something like "sterite" as an ingredient or treatment that extends the service of each disc. In my opinion it ruins the ability and purpose of the abrasive. THEN I had to deal with them for a return/refund .........more than 4 phone calls never returned by my salesman. A pair of broken promises of a sample of more aggressive product sent out for me to try. Then at 2:11p they said today we cant process your return because we close at 2:15p pst! Following day, yes they will refund less 20% restock. I had to pay freight to ship bad discs back to them and now suffer another loss - No, I have initiated a dispute with my credit card for the defective product they sold me and now have back in their possession. I don't know about the past issues with this company as stated in some of the reviews. But my experience was only positive. I assume that those who were disgruntled dealt with the former management. I needed a part for my tractor and i found their quote cheaper than the national chains, including Oxnard, Camarillo and even Thousand Oaks. I live on a ranch in Somas and was pleased i didn't have to drive too far. to get the expensive part. ...read more
