lived here for almost a year at first it seemed ok, after a few month I noticed some questionable behavior from my neighbors. I would not recommend moving here unless you like roaches, pigeon droppings, brown water, and can fix things that break yourself. This place has 3 building addresses 10997 - 10965 - 10990 Del Norte Street. If you do get maintenance to finally come fix your issue make sure you are home when they do repairs. I came home to stains in the carpet, trash left in my apt, and tape left on the walls. If you live at 10990 you have even more issues, all the local kids come and use BBQ and jacuzzi and make a mess of everything and cause noise until 1-2 in the morning. Also one of the tenants there named RON goes through the community dumpster nightly. You can catch him in dumpster or bathing in spa at 2-5 am.
