After calling a number of smog test centers thoughout the SFV and hearing all kinds of high price quotes (even with discount coupons) and long wait times, based on a positive comment I read on City Search, I called Tony at Precision and couldn't be happier that I did. The price he quoted on the phone with the certificate was not only less than everyone else's, there were no hidden fees, and the service was fast and very professional. Tony is a really nice guy too.
