This company is very felonious with regard to their business transactions and a lot of to hide!\r\n\r\nThey are quick to demand rent/mortgage payment but slow to provide maintenance and repairs. A lot of their properties are sub-par & sub-standard conditions requiring a lot of work to which they do not spend the neccessary monies to bring them up to code. Their maintenance staff are all undocumented/illegal workers/illegal ailens. \r\n\r\nRecommendation: None - would not recommend them to anyone, even as a last resort.
