This was the worse experince of my life the owner real needs to change the staff. Overpriced and consistently poor service. What was real funny is watching a guy come in for an "order to go" and he was specifically told that he was just coming to to use the bathroom. I'm a new resident of Valley Center. Went to Papa Bears to order a pizza. I asked the waitress to leave a slice of my $20 pizza without any toppings since my 6 yr old daughter only likes cheese pizza. After first refusing, she agreed and went to tell the cook. Soon a female manager came up front and told me they were "too busy" to honor my request. She asked "Do you know how many pizzas we're making back there?" She again told me they were too busy to make a pizza with no toppings on one slice and walked away. She seemed quite annoyed that I would even ask. My family eats out several times a week but I will never eat here. They were quite busy and I'm sure they won't miss my business but I would never return to any business with such lousy customer service. ...read more
