Valencia Sidecca store and spoke with the manager. She called the buyer for the company who I spoke to while I was in the store. I explained what happen and told her I moved over 1 hour from the store and what hoping to take care of this and I was waiting for a call from her. She said Yes! I have your number but I haven't had time to call you back, SHE HAD MY PHONE NUMBER FOR OVER A WEEK! Where is the customer service?? She asked me what I wanted her to do? I told her I wanted a replacement of the pants or a refund, she said she would not give me a refund . The pants where not falling a part then, she also told me that these where CHEAP! PANTS! They are only $20, I don't know about you, BUT I do not have money to burn ,Why would a store buy sell Cheap merchandise and WHY would the Rep for the company tell a customer this ? So They did nothing, I left with the damaged pants. April 15th .2009 I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND MEET, DO NOT SHOP AT SIDECCA AND DO NOT BUY CELEBRITY PINK. ...read more

I purchased 2 pairs of Celebrity Pink jeans for my daughter in November 2008, my daughter loved the fit of these jeans so in December 2008 I purchased another pair. I wanted to get her a few more pants, but she wears size o so I gave the salesperson my phone number so I could come in when they received my daughters size.In March the first two pairs that I purchased started to get holes just above the couch just below the zipper, both in the same place and also wear in the seams on the leg's. I knew that I was past the 30 day return policy,so I contacted Celebrity Pink, they told me that someone from Sidecca would contact me. I never received a return call back so I called Sidecca Main Office and left my number on the answering machine and drove to the Valencia Sidecca store and spoke with the manager. Columbia is well known for its succulent coffee. Just ask Juan Valdez. But apparently, this South American country is also known for something else: its manhole covers. Manhole cover thefts isn’t just limited to Columbia either. India, China, and our own windy city (i.e. Chicago) has seen its share of vanishing manhole covers. In fact, it’s become so common that there’s aWikipedia pageabout it. So what’s in it for the manhole cover thief? If you guessed cash, you’re right. Manhole covers can be resold for a high price for scrap, then passed off to other cities who use them for all sorts of things, like sewer systems. Bogota, Columbia has seen a shocking 10,000 manhole covers go missing each year, reports theLos Angeles Times. And when Gildardo Pineda, who’s manufacturing company is a major supplier of one of the city’s sewage systems, manhole covers became a target of theft himself, he decided to do something about it. Pineda became aware that his inventory of manhole covers were shrinking at his factory about three years ago. Pineda couldn’t figure out where his 120 pound manhole covers were going.
