They delayed in sending me paperwork which caused me to extend my interest rate that I had locked an additional 3 weeks! Even my bank and Real Estate agent thought they did a bad job. They didn't even spell my name right on the title after I changed it twice! Yes twice because they messed on the closing documents I had to resign. Then they didn't coordinate properly with my bank on final closing figures which caused yet another 4 day delay. Horrible- would not recommend to anyone!
