If this doctor wasnt so well recommended, I would have never come here. The wait times are ridiculous. They make me an appointment for 7:15, told me to come early for paperwork and they didn't even open their doors until 7:15. Their office staff is rude and if this doctor is smart he would replace them all to maintain his highly recommended reputation. We went in to see an assistant, saw one doctor, got his eyes dialated and Lo and behold waited again for over an hour. The whole appointment took well over 3 hours. With this being a CHILDREN'S eye institute you would think they'd be more efficient in wait times considering how quickly kids can become anxious and bored. RIDICULOUS.
