Saunders provided a competitive bid for an A/C replacement, taking care to explain that they did not recommend replacing a fairly new (~12 year old) furnace. Part of the quote was testing the ducts (something the other two companies didn't do), thus having a numerical goal they guaranteed to achieve in order to improve the efficiency of our existing ducting to work best with the new A/C unit.
