Horrible customer service. I ordered flowers for my husband through FTD.com and the flowers that I received were wilted. I called and the lady who answered told me that they were supposed to look like that. So I emailed FTD and complained. One hour later a gentlemen showed up and told me the flowers were not wilted and took the vase to the delivery truck to show me that the flowers that he had in the truck look the same. They did not. He told me that he would take them back and have a new arrangement to me by 9am the next day and when 10:30am came I called to see when I would be getting my flowers. The same lady answered and told me that I would not be gettign them today and I would be getting the same arrangement that he took back. She kept telling me that they were not wilted. First, this company DOES NOT DESERVE any stars, I would've given them negative 5 stars if this site offered it.My order which I placed through 1 800 Flowers was never delivered. The flowers were for the Valentine's Day. I called the next morning and 1 800 Flowers made a full refund.The same day of the refund, and this is Feb. 15, 2013, my girlfriend got a phone call from Romance Flowers, and was asked if she received her flowers, naturally the answer was no. And after the caller checked their database, she found out that the order was cancelled the day after they were supposed to deliver the flowers. Caller then simply has said, "oki doki, it's cancelled anyway". No apologies issued.I blame 1 800 Flowers for working with such idiots. A bouquet came for my neighbor. The delivery woman had the wrong address and screamed obscenities at us, telling us to F*** Off. The driver in the car who came with her continuously leaned on the horn, despite being in a quiet residential neighborhood. I called the next day for an apology and the owner said "forget it happened" and that the delivery woman "didn't care." No apology issued.
