We recently completed a remodeling project  that involved re-doing the kitchen, removing walls, adding shear walls, and converting one of our garages into a study, and a half bath into a full bath. Ben had been recommended to us by another friend who had their house remodeling and addition done, and were very satisfied with the schedule and work. Before we started the project, we got quotes from multiple contractors, checked their yelp reviews etc. Ben was extremely responsive during the quoting process, patiently responding to our questions, and by not being pushy as we went through the selection process. The price quoted was reasonable, and since the yelp reviews were very favorable, we decided to go with Ben home wizards construction. We are very glad we did.  The original time estimate for the project was 12 weeks and Ben and his team finished it in 9 weeks; a full 3 weeks in advance! \r\n\r\nBen is very professional and has a great crew!  The whole crew is dedicated and cares about their work so the final product is perfect. The project did not go over budget (other than the modifications we asked for) and any change requests were dealt with on time and for a reasonable price; without much hand-wringing. As with any project, our project changed in scope once the walls got torn down too, and having someone who is flexible enough to adapt to new requests and requirements is a huge plus.
