I was in a bind, my wife's favorite diamond earrings had not only lost their screw backing but over the years had lost some of the threading on the back so I couldn't get any new backing to stay on. I dropped by Hampshire Jewelry hoping they could help, and Janet preformed a small miracle. Not only was she able to get me a new backing, but her jeweler Kaveh was able to fix the bad threads on the back! Thank you, Sir! And if that wasn't enough, Janet was nice enough to clean them and they came out so beautifully I felt like I was leaving the store with a brand new set of earrings.
