After 6 disappointing dealerships with nothing to leave with; as soon as i walked through the doors of Quaid Harley Davidson of Temecula, I was genuinely greeted by multiple people. I wanted to browse around and was asked multiple times if i was looking for something in particular. And as I asked my question for what I wanted I got answers. Not only did I get my particular bike which was a 2011 IRON 883, but with such a welcoming way. At first they didn't even have it but Garrett Heller even offered to try to find me one from other dealerships in Southern California. It turns out they actually had one that has just arrived and was still in the truck. ALL the personnel from the clothing, parts department, and also Filomena the Director of Sales & Finance were seriously amazing. I love to ride an love my bike but no garage no tools and not willing to mess my sweet bike up ..took her to 2 other Big places and had to have Chopper G REFIX the repairs? both time so next time I had a problem..zoom went to them and not only do they fix what you ask they helped me Tweak my bike so she is an even finer ride..they treat the customer right! ...read more

I had an awsome experiece at Rebel Racing! I went into the shop to purchase one of their quads on sale. As I went into the store I was very interrested in a 150cc quad, after looking at the new 200cc quad I wanted to upgrade. The price jumped up a little and I wouldnt get paid for another two weeks. After sitting down with Ashley, I explained that I wouldn't be able to get the bigger quad because I had bills coming up and money was a little tight. Ashley kindly notified David about my situation and he notified me about their layaway policy!! THE OWNER AND ASHLEY WERE VERY KIND, WHEN THEY HEARD IT WAS FOR HER BIRTHDAY THEY WENT AHEAD AND THREW IN A HELMET! I went to Rebel Racing for a good quaily, non expensive quad for my family. I personally didn't have a clue as to "good" and "bad". The staff at Rebel Racing was very helpful and was looking to satisfy my needs in purchasing a new bike. They also caught my attention when they explained they would provide us with a 1 year warranty on our new bikes motor and transmission. It was great survice and VERY reasonable prices. This John character is one of the worst business men I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After speaking with him and sending in photos of the parts I wanted blasted and coated, he quoted me $1000 dollars for the job. I agreed and had some parts delivered to the shop. As my parts were being delivered they were closing shop for lunch and didn't even have the courtesy to accept the parts from the person dropping them off as they locked the doors and walked away. This should have been a clue to high-tail it out of there. Instead, I let it go and had the parts dropped off at a neighbor for him to pick up for blasting and coating. After blasting the hood and tailgate a day after it was promised, I got the call that it would be $250.00 JUST FOR THE BLASTING! Clearly, this is not what we had discussed.
