I am a Doctor. Since Providence took over the imaging, they put in excellent technology. I can view the images from my home computer. The detail of the pictures is so good that I can enlarge the pictures and see a lot of detail. The technician go the distance in trying to perform the studies I order perfectly and beyond expectation. On occasion this had helped me make a diagnosis that I might otherwise have missed! They are busy and sometimes the staff in the front needs to be reminded that you have your RX or that it was faxed in, but you can walk in at anytime during the hours that they are open, up to 1/2 before closing, currently 4:30 pm. The billing complaints below are potentially a problem anywhere. The prescriptions do need to be specific, which actually allows the insurance company to pay better. I am very critical when it comes to the quality of the tests that I receive. I don't get any personal value, or perk for writing this review.
