Rsvp Event Center

RSVP Event Center owners is the worst place to do business with. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAPS. We booked this hall for our reception. They demanded a high deposit of $10,000.00, which we put down without hesitation and signed a contract stating that all chairs, sashes and setup would be included in the total price.\t\nA month before the reception, we went to confirm the details of our order.. All of the sudden the original quote they had given us didn't include half of the stuff they had promised us. We all decided that this was not working for both sides and agreed to getting the deposit back. They promised that they will give us deposit back, however, they will mail the check.\t\nWe fell for it and waited for the check to arrive. NO check arrived for two weeks. THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER OUR CALLS. We went to visit them and one of their employees told us that THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY DID THIS.\t\nThey never showed up at the hall when we did get a ahold of them via blocked number. We had to get a lawyer.... It turned out they declared bankruptcy and named the hall under their son's name . Supposedly these people have been in lawsuits over this several times before according to the owner himself. "You do not want to get into lawyer business with us" was his warning after a month of demanding the money....\t\nIt was a horrible experience. It was so stressful and completely ruined our reception. RSVP event center owners put a very nice face at first and all changes once the deal is complete. They stop answering your calls and you have to start chasing them to even schedule a walk through with them after the contract is signed. PLEASE BEWARE of these unethical business people and as they have declared bankruptcy, you will loose the court battles trying to chase them for money. ...read more
