I work for a real estate company and within the past 3 years we have had a multitude of clients, customers, etc. sign contracts to either buy or sell land and then they try and bail out at the last minute. We are completely understanding of the matter but usually we charge a small fee based on the fact of the admin work, etc. well even then many still refuse to pay this bill, and we needed help! We contacted CRA and they understood our problem and said they could help. CRA created an awesome contract with all kinds of perks including putting us on their rapid remit program. After a few updates and about a month later we started to receive checks, it was great and couldn't have happened sooner with the holidays coming around, we may actually get a x-mas bonus this year (hasn't happened since 2007) Thank you to the staff at CRA. ...read more
