They have not picked up our trash now for over 2 weeks. They cannot locate the key to the gate we have provided them. When I called they said the key was with the previous driver so they could not get in. The dispatcher said they would find the key and be here the next day. They did not show up. I told her if she could not find the key to call me and I would get the driver in. No call. It is July, hot out and the smell is awful. If you have Crown Disposal aka Community Recycling you need to dump their service, 2 people died in their Community Recycling Center in Bakersfield, Ca. because they run recycling centers in Bakersfield and Sun Valley that it's very inhumane and very unsafe, but Crown Disposal's Owner Tommy Fry keeps bribing city officials to keep it open, do not use this company for your trash service, Buyer Beware please see this news link to see yourself ...read more
