Don't waste your time trying to reach Phillips Driving School.Phillips Driving School does not answer calls nor do they return messages.I tried calling for two days and left messages. Don't sign up with a service that will not even make effort to communicate and cannot be reach.No wonder their fees have to be lower. ...read more
