We trusted this facility to monitor and care for my father with Alzheimers. Without notice my fathers health started to deteriorate. This in turn caused behavioral problems and the facility terminated his residency. Later in the hospital he was diagnosed with a virus, this morning he passed away. My feeling is that the facility failed to communicate his condition and did'nt even have my correct contact information. The management and staff treat the clients as if they are insignificant. Hospice services are very personal and caring in nature, so it does not seem right to produce a huge marketing method to sell these services. It is better to build relationships and participate in events to make your services know to potential patients. ...read more
