If at all possible, find another vet because this one will try to get your money any way they can! They expect you to wait either in the waiting room (with nothing to read that is current) or stand at the Arco gas station for over 2 hours instead of being "ALLOWED" to go home, in which case, you will be charged an ADDITIONAL hospitalization fee!!! I have never heard of anything so absurd in my life, and believe me, I've been to the ER Vets plenty of times over the years. My dog was getting IV fluids that would take 2 to 21/2 hrs and I was told I couldn't leave unless I paid MORE!!!!!~ Terrible customer services. I will highly recommend to EVERYONE I TALK TO, to NOT go to Associated Emergency Veterinary Services!. DO NOT GO HERE!! Drive past it and GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!! They will RIP YOU OFF in your time of emergency! I left, took my dog to his regular vet in the morning, and the combined amount of AEVS's charge and my vets still didn't amount to what they tried to gouge me for!! ...read more
