I when to this office to do my taxes on 2-20-2014 and they did a terrible job I when to the IRS today at el Monte ca and I fiend out that they don't have a certified person that checks or to field a w7 form the w7 form is to apply for a itin number their not professional I last time I went there was I guy that works at ampm and he was doing taxes for people my point is don't trust went the tell you that they have certified person from IRS is better to go directed to IRS and do the w7 their you save time and you don't have to deal with they say there professional at what they do is been 5 mouths and I still have get my taxes refund back ...read more

I have had my taxes done here for the last 3 years and I was told by the lady doing my taxes that i could claim all kinds of deductions. After asking and second guessing i was talked into claiming things that came back to haunt me. I was audited by the IRS. Now owing $5000 , I took my tax examination in to these guys. after paying a hefty price for the examination, the IRS send me a counter letter sating that i needed to submit more paperwork. I go back to this office and now they are giving me the run-a-round. Giving me appointments then canceling, saying they will call me back and not hearing from them. My deadline came and went and i found out that they did not send my response letter. I dont know what to do anymore, I guess i will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. trust me owing money to the IRS is really stressful and dealing with tax fraud albert is worse. ...read more

I went to this H&R block on january 24 to make my taxes ! i got my folder with the usual papers and pay the 300$ for them to do there job. They say they will do the rest (mail refund). so as time pass i wonder what was going on with my tax refund so 2 weeks in, i call and i ask them what was going on! they said the irs is working on it i said ok ... but then 1 month pass i went tru my folder n i found the state reund in there so i call them n they say ooh you have it so you mail it . Woow i was waiting 4 weeks for nothing to find out that they made the mistake of giving me the things they had to keep to do there job, they had to mail that not me! well 5 weeks later i went back to this office to find out why is my refund taking so long, they said that "ooooh" we made a mistake. we gave u the federal refund in ur older that you keep . we gave u everything sorry. About to be 6 weeks n they just mail it now i have to wait all over because of the mistake they made with my state N federal refund. they were not proffessional to call me or let me know anything...,, they found out the 5thweek that i went to them, all the times i had call them they were big liars telling me ("ooh yea it says that irs is working on it") they had not done S***.. n lie to me .. Please DO NOT go to this place ! You will be Disapointed . And seens they just mail it the total time i been waiiting will be 2 1/2 moths just because they did not do there JOB n i got no money back from the 300 $ i paid them . ...read more
