I had an emergency on the weekend and actually had them ask me if I really needed a plumber because they didn't really want to work that day. This was when I needed a 24 hour plumber.Another time I needed an emergency plumber and it took them over two hour to get there, no communication letting me know it would take them hours to get there. The job took half an hour and was over $200 which seems extreme and when I called with follow up,questions for the plumber he never returned my phone calls. If you're looking for completely unprofessional, rude behavior, this is your company - my experience did not even reach any actual work done, Guy Davenport first started to belittle the situation, then proceeded to say they don't need our business, and finally hung up.
