I'm not a picky person when it comes to my medical care, but I've about had it with this office. Every time I go in, they're telling me that I owe two to three times more than what my copay is. Nine times out of ten, the receptionist I saw on my last visit failed to inform me of other hidden charges, so they creep up on me next time I go in. I'm very tired of this. The actual doctors are nice people, but I always leave feeling like I could have been told more about my child's development. It's nice to know that everything "looks fine," but give me a little more to chew on here. Is she tall for her age? Short? Fat? Slow on her motor skills? Something! Dr. Reina is very kind and has a wonderful sense of humor. He is very thorough and seems very interested in whatever you tell him. He is very patient with older( I am one) folks. I feel very secure and comfortable having him for my family doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. ...read more
