I wish there was 1/2 star available. These arrogant individuals purchased a mere 80 acres in the middle of the desert and then decided that "entitled" them to decide which businesses could or could not operate ner them. Pursuing lawsuits against multiple businesses in the hot air balloon industry which drove many out of business, these "entitled" suddenly dropped their lawsuit when the courts decided the defendents were also "entitled" to inspect the alleged damages on this suspicious enclave which JCM had built. These guys are jerks. They file bogus lawsuits over people who are lawfully using public airspace in hot air balloons. They claim that they are engaged in confidential activities, which is why they don't want the balloons over their property. The airspace is public and they have no right to take such action. Maybe they are involved in illegal drugs? Possibly they operate an illegal business, In any case, they should be boycotted as they are using the legal system to harass innocent people.
