The Big Lots in Simi sucks, their store is very confusing to navigate and there products just look old. The staff is completely unhelpfull, they have no idea what they are doing and they always mess up on prices and blame it on you for reading it wrong. They make up rules about coupons on the spot, and they can't explain things very well. I live on the east side of Simi but I would rather drive to Moorpark to go shopping at big lots, they have better customer service and it is a cleaner store with more new products. ...read more
