DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if there is even the Smallest chance you will return your items. I had to pay an extra $5 small order fee and then was unhappy when I tried to return my item. I ordered several frame mats with a 2"x3" cut out, but it arrived with 1/4" smaller cut out. I was told I had to pay shipping to return, I would not get the $5 small order fee back AND had to pay a 15% restocking fee. To pay to return the items to get a portion of what I paid, in the end wasn't even worth the hassle of returning. This company DOES NOT know the meaning of Customer Service. I am extremely disappointed and encourage others to not use this company. ...read more

I have had a lot of clients asking lately, what is the best way to take care of my wrapped vehicle? The answer is not very complicated, but the few tips listed below are very important if you want to get the most life from your wrap. 1. Make sure to have your vehicle washed regularly. Once a week is recommended as this will keep the contaminants from the environment from damaging the vinyl lamination. 2. Have the vinyl waxed at least twice per year with a 100% carnauba wax. It is very important to make sure there are no cleaners in the wax as they will scratch the vinyl lamination and once damaged it can't be reversed. 3. Have the wrap inspected once per year by the company that installed the wrap to look for any areas that are having premature failure. (lifting, peeling or tenting) If you catch these problems right away they can usually be repaired without having to replace any vinyl. 4. If you have the luxury of keeping your vehicle in a car port this will help keep the morning dew, western region of the United States, from sitting on the vinyl and etching it. (Etching of the vinyl over time will resemble water spots brown in color.)
