Crunch Fitness - Simi Valley

RIP OFF!!!! My 16 year old Daughtet has been a member at this facility for over a year with only small facility issues. i.e. dirty or broken equipment That is until it came time to cancel her membership. She spoke directly to store staff and was given an email as means on cancelling. She completes the email while on-site with gym employees. She was charged again and followed the same process. She visited the store was given an email addredss, completed and sent the email with store employee. She was still charged. O decided to visit the store myself as I felt they were giving my Daughter the run around due to her young age. I met manager, Jessie, who was less than helpful and was rude. I was assured by Jessie that the pending annual fee would be returned and no new charges would occur. I was billed again the following day forcing me to place a stop payment and open a dispute with her bank. Even with proof of emails they will not refund any of the money wrongfully taken from her. Crunch Fitness in Simi Valley is horribly ran, members are not appreciated and the current Manager is rude and unhelpful. Steer clear of this gym. ...read more

I was very happy. ...read more
