I actually ordered flowers here after I canceled an order with another florist, due to their extremely rude service. Jennifer could not have been nicer. When I called, she asked me how much I wanted to spend and did a beautiful bouquet for my Moms birthday. The process could not have been easier. Very bad service. They cleaned my hood system and left grease everywhere. It took my crew 1 hour to clean up after them. And on top of that they didn't even clean my duct or fan. We recently decided to remove our old wood-burning fireplace and replace it with an electronic fireplace. We thought we could do it ourselves, but when we opened up the wall, we saw that 25' of double-walled flue was sitting on the fireplace insert. We didn't know how to handle that, so we called Van Houten Construction. The owner came out, quickly assessed what needed to be done, and brought his workers two days later, and they got the job done in 3 hours. Amazing! We learned a friend had suddenly passed and needed to send flowers to his family (also friends). We were very shaken and sad and needed help in putting together a beautiful arrangement to send. Wisteria was so very kind and understanding that we were upset and helped us through this process. We asked for cheerful, pretty, fragrant and if they had Bells of Ireland to add as he was very Irish. She told me what they had and how she would build the arrangement and what premium flowers she would use - perfect!! And not only that but she offered to get it out this very day. Wisteria called their driver back and even though later in the afternoon worked to put a incredible arrangement together and deliver. This is exactly why we look for a local florist who has very fresh unique flowers and can give a personal touch. We ordered from them a couple of years ago and had just as nice results. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. We had called two others who were in a rush and getting information was like pulling teeth. One was more keen on adding us to their data base than finding out what our needs were and if they could help. Not very good for times like this. The wash works OK when it works. The problem is that it often seems to not work. It takes your money, but doesn't turn on. The coin return doesn't work. Lately, they removed the stickers that tell you how much time you get for how much money, or what the minimum is to get it to start. The sign says that an attendant is on duty, but they never seem to be around when you need them. I called the number on the sign to get a refund, but they don't return calls. I had to drive home with soap drying on my car after I lost $5 in their machines. It wouldn't be too hard to use a crowbar to get your money back since the attendant is never around. ...read more
