We recently had the most horrible experience with this company. There driver was verbally abusive, unprofessional, and the owners never returned our call when we complained. Even after going to the Sand City Police Department to share our concerned, they, their Mayor, nor anyone in their office would help us. I will never do business with them, nor will I travel, shop, or recommend the City, EVER! Their Police Department is behind the times, they have a fat lazy Sargent that has no training in confilict resolution, and wil make sure that if there is an issue, nothing will get done! I reported the incident to the Local Chapter of the ACLU, and I hope they will get enough complaints to have something done.
