Roberto Mendoza, 37, is charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under 14 years of age and recurring sexual conduct with a minor 14 years of age. Mendoza's being held in the Monterey County Jail on a $125,000 bond. Mendoza is the owner and instructor at Seaside Martial Arts.
