I review that it had it's possibilties. I really tried to do the programm in losing the weight as suggested but, becauseof my thyroid problem and diabeties , i only could lose a few pounds and not as much as some of the other. Some didn't lose even that much. I did my best. i believe that The owe me at leat 2 weeks of cash for groceries which came to $150. each week. I promised my husband that I would show him and reimburse him. But, to n avail, no money and no chance to be in the video. I would like a video of me doing the excercizes. Thankyou.
