Trish Nugent does highly questionable work as a GAL (Guardian ad litem) and once she gets GAL jobs you can practically see the dollar signs in her eyes. Trish Nugent tells the family court judges exactly what they want to hear. Therefore, why should you hire her as a GAL? She will not say or do anything that does not line up with Family Court Services or the the family court judges. Her role is useless, therefore, in my opinion. The other reason Trish is a poor GAL is she doesn't listen to what kids want, and makes recommendations that have no basis or justification, and therefore no path forward for families and children. You might as well shake the eight ball and see what your future will hold, rather than rope her in and have the headache of dealing with her, and her unethical means of supporting herself through the family law court system. ...read more

He must be gettting old. Hired him and then he dropped us after being with him for over a year. No reason except missed an appt. but thats what some Disabled people due when their depressed and ill or broken ribs etc. Now a year wasted for nothing. ...read more

McCaskell has dragged feet on assisting my sons mental health ap for months he continues to live homeless, destitute in physical and emotional pain ad ,probably said something mcCaskell didn't like to hear instead of refrerring the applicant to appoprate mental health services, mcCaskell simpley DROPPED MY SON FROM HIS SERVICES...no rhyme or reason for this action. history of mental illness in this family (both sides) has resulted in assorted mental hospitalizations frequent crises, and even a case of matricide and meth~related murder. what are all the "titles"behind his name ?
