I get my oil changed at Tillett's as a way to keep tabs on how my high mileage car is doing mechanically. They keep me posted on what maintenance is on the horizon. Tom, Joanne and Andrea are always friendly and really great to work with. They offer loaner cars, but this time I chose to hang out and have some coffee in their comfortable waiting room and catch up on my e-mails while they did a break job and routine maintenance on my Impreza. Everything was done as I'd anticipated and right on schedule. I can always depend on Tillet's Automotive because it's locally owned by a terrific family with solid ethics. Tillett's is a family run business. From the start, they have been very helpful and accommodating. I feel confident that every time I need car help, they will be there to provide excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing Subaru car service or car advice. P.S. Tom also manages to recondition and sell used Subarus.
