As written by others, this guy is a true opportunist crook. He finds people desperate enough to believe his flimflam. They are already in desperate financial straights and he goes in for the kill. So far I don't find info that the Sonoma County DA has actually charged him with fraud. Too bad! The Real Estate Commission has slapped him with a Desist notice.
