I agree that Joseph is rude!!! I tried to speak to someone else, but they told me that was impossible. He also called me "lady" throughout the conversation. He yelled at me non-stop and was unwilling to listen to me. \t\n My problem was that the built-in dishwasher I purchased didn't fit. They sent two different installers. The second one, banged at it for hours. Then they told me they would have to cut a piece of my kitchen floor to get it in. I agreed, but that didn't help either. They finally took the dishwasher away full of dents. But now Joseph says that I own it, since I ordered it. I don't even know where it is, and frankly, I'm not even sure it was new to begin with. It came without a box, and I noticed there was a dent on the side before they even started banging on it. I told the installer, but he told me that once it was installed, I wouldn't even be able to see it.\t\nAnyhow, they simply aren't very professional, and frankly that Joseph scares me. The Pharmaicist's voice was quite unpleasant. As was the clerk. I mentioned I went to WAG across the stret but they were closed. She stated: "well we are not WAG." I have written the state board of Rx but it seems a slow process. I feel I have been treated without digity ond resoect. Having forgotten I had Rxs filled at Rite Aid in San Diego, my health insurance (AETNA) was in the computer. Don't be fooled by their pleasant manner when purchasing. If something goes wrong, the salesman misrepresents the product, you are not happy for any reason, prepare to be yelled at, accused of lying, and hung up on are asked to leave the store. \t\n\t\nI have purchased dozens of high end large appliances and have never had such poor follow up treatment from any store as Bay Cities. It's a shame because they are just down the street, but I would never do business with them again! \t\n\t\nIronically, I purchased from them knowing that they were not the lowest price in town by far, but wanted good, local service.
