Went to get a visa thru them for brazil on sept. 21st and didn't get the visa until Nov. 4th. Should of waited for the online appointment thru the consulate myself. They promised visa within 3 weeks and after the fourth week i started calling and they just gave me the run around telling me to call the following day. Worst possible service anyone can ask for. Had to cancel my trip because of them! ...read more
