We purchased several fans from them 5 years ago. This week we needed a replacement part. We called Valley Breeze, not only did they not call us back about the part, when we stopped in they said the fan co. was out of business. They said we had to buy a new fan. We called the mfg. they still sell replacement parts, and are sending them out to us. We try to buy local, but NOT when they don't even try to help and lie to your face about parts in an effort to get us to buy a new fan! ...read more

These guys are a rip off. They're a bait and switch outfit. DO NOT have these guys install your purchase. They have a sweetheart deal set up with a supposed "independent contractor" who installs their products; this guy works in their store but isn't their employee. This guy presents as their employee, but 2 minutes after he installs your purchase, he announces a $150 installation fee because he's an independent contractor. The owner can't be contacted, the co-owner wife shields him from the phone. These folks are a rip off. We bought a fan from them in the past, we're not a one shot affair with them.
