Recently moved to Santa Barbara and was looking for a good cleaners. On 11/25/11 in the afternoon i telephoned and specifically asked if i drop off some garments, will they be ready to pick up the following day, employee said yes! absolutely no problem. I arrived at the location, dropped off my garments, and then again asked, if my clothes would be ready for pick up the folowing day, once again i was assured they would be. I let the gal know i really need my clothes, im leaving town on Monday. When arriving on Saturday 26th, in the afternoon, i was told the gal forgot to put ""pickup on saturday"" and instead put ""pick up for tuesday"" I was then told to come back in an hour and my order would be ready. Upon returning an hour later only half my order was ready. Very disappointing! To add to my frustration, the girl at the counter was a little rude, and insisted that i said i only wanted half my order. Why would i only want half my order?? The best thing in Santa Barbara, outside of the Fiesta, was the BIG DOG PARADE! What can we do to bring that back? Raise the entry fees?
