Notice why? His right hand is holding the cell across his face to his left ear, while barely palming the wheel with his left hand (holding a wad of cash). I called 777Taxi's manager and texted the photo at his request. His English was almost unintelligible and didn't apologize, just saying he recognized the driver and pushed me off the phone because he was too busy.
